3 Things That Made Me Think

This week was a bit of a strange one. Firstly, this woman in my knitting group informed me that season 8 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer is going to be released in comic book form! Woo! It was released on Wednesday and by the time I made it to my local comic book store on Friday it was already sold out. :( More in next Wednesday.

Secondly, I found out that I am the owner of a set of double ureters exiting from my right kidney into my bladder. Maybe that is why I need to empty my bladder many more times a day than other people need to. Definitely that is why I get so many bladder infections.

And lastly, while I was in yoga class on Thursday night, someone stole my pair of old black sweaty 3 dollar cotton socks that were airing out on top of my gym bag. If they were my special hand knit ones, that I could see ... maybe the she-thief has an old sweaty sock fetish? So I went home with squeaky yoga floor dirty bare feet in shoes. Luckily it was warm out and I don't have to take the bus home from work.

This weekend family is it town and I took lots of pics I wanted to post but my camera is at moms house it seems. Me and my sister Petra are going bra shopping (her least favorite thing to do. She only ever owns one bra, one bra only, and wears it until it disintegrates and it is time to come to Vancouver and get a new one) this aft and maybe Value Village and Salvation Army (my favorite thing to do.)

I also ended up designing a 2 colour scarf patterns after failing to get brioche stitch to work for me. I am going to post the pattern here shorty.
